Silicon nitride seal ring and aluminum oxide seal ring for sealing shall be respectively in accordance with JB/JQ9012-85 Technical Conditions of Silicon Nitride Seal Ring for Mechanical Seal and JB/JQ9013-85 Technical Conditions of Aluminum Oxide Ceramic Ring Blank for Mechanical Seal, and cemented carbide seal ring for sealing shall be in accordance with ZBJ22003-88 Cemented Carbide Seal Ring Blank for Mechanical Seal, Carbon graphite sealing rings for sealing shall comply with the provisions of ZBx x x x x x - X X Technical Conditions for Carbon Graphite Sealing Rings for Mechanical Seals, and sealing rings of other materials shall comply with the provisions of relevant standards
6. Graphite ring, filled polytetrafluoroethylene ring and assembled dynamic and static rings shall be subject to hydrostatic inspection. Inspection pressure: the sealing ring used for unbalanced mechanical seal is 1MPa; The seal ring used for balanced mechanical seal is 2.4MPa, and the duration is 10min. There should be no leakage
