1、 205 type mechanical seal
1. Key points of structure
205 type mechanical seal is adopted for the reactor seal, which is a mechanical seal for the reactor, with double ends, multiple springs, outflow, and drive sleeve, and adopts unbalanced structure. The purpose of sealing is mainly realized by the pressure difference between the sealing liquid in the sealing chamber and the sealed medium. The sealing fluid needs another device to circulate, so the whole system is complex. Therefore, it is only used to seal flammable, explosive, toxic and highly corrosive media in special occasions.
2. Scope of application
Sealing medium: flammable, explosive, toxic and corrosive medium.
Seal chamber pressure: P1 ≤ 1.6Mpa
Sealing medium pressure: P2=(P1-0.1) MPa
Temperature of sealing chamber: - 40 ℃~250 ℃
Linear speed: ≤ 20 m/s
2、 206 type mechanical seal
1. Key points of structure
The reaction kettle is sealed with 206 Mechanical seal , mechanical seal for kettle, double end face, multi spring, outlet, transmission sleeve. Series 206 is an equilibrium structure at the atmospheric end. The sealing effect is mainly realized by the pressure difference between the sealing liquid and the medium in the sealing cavity. Because the circulation of sealing fluid requires another set of circulation device, the complexity of the system is increased. Therefore, it is only used in special occasions with extremely strict sealing requirements for flammable, explosive, toxic and strongly corrosive media. Friction materials and auxiliary sealing materials shall be selected according to actual working conditions.
