1. Before normal use, operate under normal pressure first, and observe whether the temperature rise of the sealing part is normal for the mechanical seal of the pump, and whether there is leakage. If there is slight leakage, run in for a period of time to make the end face fit more evenly until the leakage gradually reduces to normal. If the leakage does not decrease after 1-3 hours of operation, stop the machine for inspection.

2. Before starting the main engine, it is necessary to check whether the attachment device of the mechanical seal and the cooling and lubrication system are complete and unblocked.

3. Before starting, the material pipeline shall be mechanically sealed for standard cleaning to prevent rust and impurities from entering the sealing chamber.

4. Turn the coupling by hand to check whether the shaft rotates easily. If the kettle is turned heavily with mechanical seal, check whether the relevant installation dimensions are correct.

5. Before normal start-up, static pressure test shall be carried out to check the sealing effect of the mechanical seal end face, seal ring and seal end cover. If there is any problem, check and solve it one by one.

6. Before starting the main engine, the sealing chamber should be kept full of liquid or sealed medium. If there is a separate sealing system, it should be started, and the cooling water system must also start to flow.

7. During normal operation, the pressure rise and temperature rise can be carried out slowly. Pay attention to the temperature rise and leakage of the end face. If everything is normal, it means that it can be put into production.
