Before installation, proper type of mechanical seal and data combination shall be correctly selected according to working conditions and host conditions. After the seal installation, it is necessary to exhaust the air in the seal chamber, especially for the double face seal with sealing liquid, pay more attention to exhaust the air. When restarting, the suction valve shall be opened first, and the motor shall not be started until the medium enters the sealing chamber. For those mediums with crystals, when restarting, the crystals on the sealing surface, tension spring and other related structural parts should be washed clean with detergent before starting. Before starting the equipment, check that the shaft resistance is normal and even, and no clamping stagnation is allowed. Before equipment operation, it is necessary to fill the sealing chamber with medium, adhere to outstanding smoothness, and prevent dry conflict, which may lead to seal failure.
