Preparation before sealing with high price:

(2) Check whether the matching size, roughness and parallelism of all parts of the mechanical seal meet the design requirements
(3) When using small spring mechanical seal, check whether the length and rigidity of small spring are the same
(4) Check whether the displacement, swing and degree of rotation of the main engine meet the technical requirements, whether the seal chamber meets the installation dimensions, and whether the seal end cover is vertical to the shaft. General requirements: the shaft displacement is not more than ± 0.5mm, the shaft swing (at the rotating ring seal ring) is not more than 0.06mm, and the maximum degree of rotation of the shaft is not more than 0.05mm.
