1、 Preparation stage of mechanical seal of glass lined reaction kettle: loosen and take out the static ring gland of the mechanical seal water jacket, check and wipe the static ring, gasket and porcelain surface; After the stationary ring is sleeved with gasket, place the grinding surface upward into the water jacket; Fix the static ring with the static ring gland, and take the bolts but do not tighten them to ensure that the static ring can move, so as to facilitate the later mechanical seal adjustment; Check whether the grinding surface of the moving ring of the mechanical seal is intact.

2、 Preparation stage of glass lined reactor equipment: ① horizontally adjust and fix the tank body of glass lined reactor, and lay cushion at the bottom of the bus to protect the glass lined surface; ② Carefully check whether the glass lined agitator is damaged; ③ Stirring and hoisting shall be carried out carefully, and protection shall be taken to prevent bumping; ④ Polish and wipe the mixing shaft head with fine sandpaper, and apply a small amount of lubricating oil on the shaft head according to the requirements of the medium in the tank to facilitate the lubrication and installation of mechanical seal; ⑤ Wipe and clean the glass lining surface of the tank mouth with clean cotton cloth dipped with thinner; ⑥ Remove the plastic packaging on the outer surface of the large gasket at the kettle mouth of the tank body, wind it with Teflon tape, and place it flat on the kettle mouth; ⑦ The mixing shaft can be vertically erected in the reaction kettle to facilitate the installation of the tank cover by means of two people holding the kettle by hand or winding with a rope; ⑧ Wrap the gasket at the mixing hole of the tank cover with Teflon tape and place it above the pipe orifice; ⑨ Wrap the mixing shaft head with clean soft cloth, etc., to prevent the pipe orifice from colliding with the mixing when lifting the tank cover; ⑩ Lift the tank cover and lower it slowly to make the mixing shaft extend slowly from the center of the mixing hole of the tank cover; After the tank cover is hoisted, all clips configured for the reaction kettle shall be evenly distributed and fixed diagonally; Fix the adjusting bolt on the tank cover support; Place the looper flange and water jacket, and do not tighten the looper flange screws at first, so as to facilitate the later adjustment of the mechanical seal water jacket; Apply corresponding lubricating oil evenly on the O-ring inside the mechanical seal moving ring to facilitate installation, and slightly loosen the screws on the side of the mechanical seal moving ring; Carefully place the dynamic ring of the mechanical seal on the static ring to ensure that the two grinding surfaces are not damaged;

3、 Transmission device and mixing installation stage: ① Lift the transmission device (reducer and support, etc.) onto the support of the reactor tank cover; ② Place the mechanical seal pressure cap and anti stripping nut correspondingly; ③ Adjust the level of the transmission device support, and adjust the height of the adjusting bolt so that the distance between the bottom surface of the transmission device support and the support is controlled at 6cm-9cm; ④ 2-3 installers with shoe covers enter the tank through the manhole for mixing and installation; ⑤ The installation personnel in the tank carefully and slowly lift the mixing to make the mixing shaft head butt with the support output shaft. The upper personnel manually rotate the motor fan counterclockwise (ensure that the support output shaft rotates clockwise) until the mixing is completely tightened.

4、 Adjustment stage of mechanical seal for kettle: a) Diagonally adjust and tighten the water jacket bolts to ensure that the gap between the inner ring of the static ring of the dynamic ring of the mechanical seal and the mixing shaft is even; b) Tighten the static ring gland diagonally, and conduct manual turning test to ensure that there is no collision between the mixing shaft and the static ring; Clean the grinding surface of the moving ring and the stationary ring again; c) Gently press down the moving ring to make the grinding surface of the moving ring contact the grinding surface of the stationary ring, and then press down the moving ring with the mechanical seal pressure cap to make its spring gap remain 3mm, and fasten the screws on the side of the moving ring; d) Install the mixing anti slip lock ring and anti slip nut in place; e) When the motor is powered on, inching test run shall be adopted first to ensure that the mixing rotates clockwise before power transmission test run;
