(1) The assembled parts must meet the specified technical requirements, and any unqualified parts cannot be assembled. For this reason, the parts must be strictly inspected before assembly.   

(2) The correct fitting method must be selected to meet the requirements of fitting accuracy. A lot of work of mechanical seal repair is to restore the matching accuracy of the mating parts, and methods such as selection, repair and adjustment can be adopted to meet this requirement. The effect of thermal expansion shall be taken into account for the fit clearance. For the fit parts made of materials with different expansion coefficients, when the ambient temperature during assembly differs greatly from the temperature during operation, the resulting clearance change shall be compensated.   

(3) Analyze and check the accuracy of assembly dimension chain, and meet the accuracy requirements through selection and adjustment.   

(4) The principle of handling the assembly sequence of machine parts is: first inside then outside, first difficult then easy, first precise then ordinary.   

(5) Select appropriate assembly methods, equipment and tools.

(6) Pay attention to the cleaning and lubrication of parts. The assembled parts must be thoroughly cleaned first, and the moving mating parts shall be coated with clean lubricant meeting the working requirements on the relative moving surface.   

(7) Pay attention to the mechanical seal during assembly to prevent "three leaks". The specified sealing structure and sealing materials shall be used instead of any substitute. Pay attention to the quality and cleanness of the sealing surface. Pay attention to the assembly method and assembly tightness of the seals, and use appropriate sealant for static sealing.   

(8) Pay attention to the assembly requirements of the locking device, and comply with the safety regulations.   

(9) Pay attention to the quality inspection of assembly intermediate links.
