1、 Before the installation of the mechanical seal for kettle, check that the axial movement of the shaft is not more than 0.5 rnm, the radial swing is not more than 0.5 mm, the perpendicularity between the flange of the mechanical seal for kettle and the axis is not more than 0.05 mm, and the shaft tolerance of the mechanical seal part is h8. The finish is 1.6.

2、 The mechanical seal device for the kettle adopts the isolation piston self balancing tank. It has the function of automatically balancing the sealing pressure in the sealing chamber and automatically replenishing the sealing liquid.

3、 The mechanical seal device for kettle is applicable to all positive pressure conditions in kettle. When the working pressure is higher than 0.8Mpa, balanced irrigation shall be provided. It can also be used under negative pressure conditions, but the negative pressure conditions require that a one-way valve be installed at the sealing outlet D of the balance tank, which can automatically close under negative pressure to prevent seal backflow.

4、 Operating principle:

1. The pressure in the kettle is from A to the balance tank B, pushing the bottom of the balance tank piston. The pressure piston rises, pushing the sealing liquid in the balance tank, from the liquid outlet D in the balance tank to the mechanical seal E, entering the sealing chamber, until the sealing liquid generates pressure, so as to achieve the purpose of balancing the pressure in the kettle, thus playing a very reliable sealing role.

2. During the long-term use of mechanical seals, the sealing fluid will be consumed to varying degrees. Due to the function of the balance tank piston, the sealing fluid can be continuously and automatically replenished to ensure that the sealing fluid in the sealing chamber is always full. With the decrease of the sealing fluid of the balance tank, the piston will rise automatically. Generally, when the piston reference rises to two-thirds, the piston should be pressed to the bottom manually in the kettle without pressure. Replenish the sealing fluid through the oil filling bolt C of the balance tank, unscrew the vent bolt at the same time, and then tighten the oil filling and vent bolts.

3. In addition to the manual fluid filling in the balance tank, the electric pump and manual pump can also be designed separately, as long as the fluid filling system is installed at the bolt of the balance fluid filling. Both electric and manual pumps can be used to supplement fluid, which can be forced to supplement under working conditions, so as to ensure that the mechanical seal will never fail.

5、 After the installation of the system, check whether all components and joints are in good condition during commissioning, and no air or oil leakage is allowed. When the pressure in the kettle is greater than 0.3Mpa, loosen the liquid outlet of the balance tank moderately and observe whether the piston reference rises. Otherwise, the piston is too tight or stuck. Use a tool to pry up the piston reference bolt to make it rise.

6、 Pay attention to the air bleeding of the mechanical seal air bleeding bolt.

7、 After the installation of mechanical seal for kettle, it can be formally produced after 24 hours of water test run.
