(1) Static pressure test:

1) For those equipped with A or B circulation system, the isolation fluid shall be first added into the balance tank according to the requirements of Table 5 to make the liquid flow into the mechanical seal cavity. The sealing liquid shall be higher than the centerline of the balance tank level gauge. When adding liquid, the vent port of the balance tank shall be opened to make the internal gas flow out. When adding liquid to circulation system B, the circulation pump should also be inched to make the liquid enter the mechanical seal cavity through the pump;

2) For those equipped with D circulation system, the isolation fluid shall be first added to the pump station to the center line of the liquid level indicator according to the requirements of Table 5 (the operation of the pump station shall be in accordance with the "D04-17 Hydraulic Pump Station Operation Manual"); Inch the pump station motor to make the liquid enter the mechanical seal chamber;

3) Slowly increase the pressure of the circulating protection system to the pressure specified in Table 5, and the pressure in the kettle also slowly increases to the pressure specified in Table 5. In particular, it should be noted that the pressure of the circulating protection system must be increased first, and then the pressure in the kettle can be increased. The pressure of the circulating protection system should always be 0.05~0.10MPa higher than the pressure in the kettle (at least not lower than the pressure in the kettle), and the mechanical seal for the 2010 and 2012 type middle pressure kettles should always be higher than 0.20~0.30MPa; (2001 and 2002 models are single end mechanical seals, without pressurization in the sealing chamber)

4) After boosting, maintain the pressure for the time specified in Table 5, and check the leakage. The leakage amount shall meet the requirements of Table 5.

(2) Airload running in

1) After the static pressure test, the pressure shall be relieved first. Note that the pressure in the kettle shall be relieved first and then the pressure in the circulating protection system;

2) After pressure relief, start the mixing system to run in for 2-3 hours without load, which is conducive to the two sealing surfaces being more tight.

(3) Operation test

1) Start the mixing system, and then proceed according to the third point procedure of static pressure test for double end mechanical seal commissioning test. The test conditions shall be consistent with the production conditions as far as possible;

2) During the operation test, the cooling water flow and outlet temperature shall be paid attention to if there are temperature regulators and cooling systems;

3) The operation test time, seal chamber outlet temperature and leakage shall meet the requirements in Table 5, and the axial displacement shall meet the requirements in Table 4 of the instructions for use of kettle mechanical seals;

4) It can be put into normal use after passing the operation test.
