204 Mechanical seal How to disassemble and repair

After removing the mechanical seal, first check the pump body installed with the organic seal, which must meet the following requirements:

1. Maximum shaft bending ≤ 0.05mm, axial displacement ≤ 0.05mm.

2. The runout at the sealing ring of the moving ring is ≤ 0.01mm.

3. The surface roughness of the shaft or shaft sleeve at the installation part of the mechanical seal is 1.6 μ m, and the surface roughness in contact with the sealing surface of the stationary ring is 3.2 μ m.

Mechanical seal manufacturer How to carry out maintenance:

1. Check all components of mechanical seal. All components must be complete and undamaged, and the sealing surfaces of the moving and stationary rings must be free of scratches, bruises and other defects. If any damage is found, the mechanical seal must be repaired or replaced.

2. Check whether the spring force becomes smaller, and replace the spring if it becomes smaller.

3. Check whether the inner wall of the seal body and the inner surface of the seal end cover are damaged. If any problem is found, repair it in time.
