1. Mechanical seal parts are prone to failure
During the operation of rotating equipment, the sealing surface is vulnerable to damage, deformation and other conditions under the influence of the environment. Just like the spring, if it is used for a long time, it will also appear fracture, corrosion, relaxation and other conditions. The sealing ring of the internal parts of the mechanical seal will also be distorted and deformed, and the operation process of the mechanical seal is also prone to leakage. The internal part of the mechanical seal is easy to generate heat, which is caused by the frequent leakage of the seal face.
2. Another reason for the leakage caused by the auxiliary seal ring is the leakage caused by the spring. In addition, the mechanical seal will also leak due to the transmission, fastening and part quality problems, and the seal ring is often the problem.
3. Due to careless installation of mechanical seal, it will also lead to leakage of mechanical seal. Deformation, damage and pollution are the causes of leakage, while the gland is not pressed tightly, the accuracy of machine equipment is not enough, and the sealing surface is not fully attached.
In case of leakage, the sealing face and the compression amount will be affected. Generally, the internal components of the mechanical seal will rotate, and the axial displacement is relatively large, so it is easy to cause leakage. There must be some pressure inside the mechanical seal, and the reduction of these pressures is also easy to cause leakage. It can be seen that the end face of the mechanical seal needs to be designed according to the standard pressure, so as to play the role of sealing, while the internal spring of the mechanical seal needs to be set with some compression amount, so as to give the mechanical seal an appropriate thrust, which will be more convenient to rotate, and will also produce pressure. In the process of mechanical sealing, the pump shaft shall not be subject to excessive pressure and shall be operated as required. In the actual design, there are many unreasonable phenomena, which are also caused by the excessive displacement of the pump shaft. This can not play a good role in mechanical seal.
