Classification of solid particle impurities and Mechanical seal manufacturer application
Impurity media can be roughly classified as follows:
(1) Classification according to rheology
① Bingham fluid, such as paint, asphalt, clay mud, etc;
② Pseudoplastic fluid, such as polymer solution and melt, starch slurry, fiber ester, glass solution, etc;
③ Expansive fluid, such as starch plus water, mica plus water, mud sand and water mixture in proper proportion, etc.
(2) Classification according to physical properties
① Soluble granular media, such as various salt solutions, molten urea, sugar solutions, chromosomes, pharmaceutical solutions, etc., will precipitate crystals or form coagulants due to temperature changes;
② Insoluble particles, such as slag fluid, water containing sand, coal slurry, drilling fluid, etc;
③ Fiber size media, such as feces, pulp liquor, fiber slurry, etc., have light fiber mass and are mostly suspended in the liquid.
