205 Mechanical seal for double end kettle

Structural features:

The 205 type mechanical seal for kettle is of double end face, multi spring unbalanced structure. The purpose of sealing is mainly achieved by the pressure difference between the sealing liquid in the sealing chamber and the sealed medium. The sealing liquid needs another set of device to circulate. The whole system is complex. Therefore, it is only used for sealing flammable, explosive, toxic and strongly corrosive media in special occasions.

The materials of friction pair and auxiliary seal shall be selected according to the actual working conditions.

Scope of application:

Sealed medium: flammable, explosive, toxic and highly corrosive medium.

Seal chamber pressure: P1 ≤ 0.6Mpa

Pressure of sealed medium: P2=(P1-0.1) Mpa

Sealing chamber temperature: - 40 ℃~250 ℃

Linear speed: ≤ 20m/s
