Reaction kettle is an important equipment of chemical plant, which can be divided into carbon steel reaction kettle, stainless steel reaction kettle and glass lined reaction kettle (enamel reaction kettle) according to the material. Today, let's talk about the precautions in the installation of stainless steel reactor and glass lined reactor.
Precautions for installation of enamel reaction kettle

In order to ensure the normal service life of the enamel reactor, the enamel reactor is not suitable for chemical processes such as reaction, polymerization, storage and heat exchange of the following media or materials.
Hydrofluoric acid of any concentration and temperature and medium or material containing fluorine ion.
Phosphoric acid medium or material with concentration greater than 30% and temperature greater than 180 ° C.
Alkaline media or materials with PH value greater than 12 and temperature higher than 80 ° C.
The reaction process of alternating acid and alkali materials.
When the temperature of the enamel reaction kettle changes dramatically, the excessive stress will cause the porcelain explosion and damage the equipment. Therefore, the temperature should be raised or lowered during use to prevent cold and heat accumulation.
Precautions for installation of enamel reaction kettle:
Before equipment installation, check whether all parts are complete, and replace them in time if there is any defect.
During the installation, the crowbar, hammer, etc. shall be in direct contact with the enamel parts to avoid damage to the enamel lining.
The supports and rings that can only be used in the lifting process of the equipment are stressed, and the weak parts such as connecting pipes, clips and pipe orifices are not allowed to be stressed. They should be lifted gently to avoid collision, and the tank body should not be hammered.
Before installation, the enamel surface of the equipment should be cleaned with water, and wear clean rubber shoes to check whether the glass lining is intact.
The fastening of equipment flange and connecting pipe shall follow the installation principle of chemical vessel, and it is required to tighten symmetrically and evenly gradually to avoid damage to enamel surface due to excessive local force. If the gasket loses elasticity during disassembly, it shall be replaced in time.
The clamp of the equipment is one of the main pressure components. In addition to its uniform stress, its quality and quantity shall be guaranteed during installation. It is not allowed to install with residue or reduction.
Enamel reactor
The mirror glass installed on the reaction tank is a brittle material. In addition to ensuring uniform fastening, the pressing force should not be too large during installation. In case of local leakage, a partial cushion shall be added to avoid local crushing due to excessive force.
During the installation of the agitator of enamel reactor, attention shall be paid to the assembly of locking pins or nuts and other locking parts, and the rotation direction of the agitator shall be checked to see if it is consistent with the direction shown in the figure, so as to prevent the agitator from falling off and damaging the lining during operation.
If metal components are set on the enamel reaction kettle, welding is only allowed on the outer surface of non enamel parts such as jackets. The welding speed should be fast, and corresponding cooling measures should be taken. If welding is carried out near the nozzle, inlet, and flange, each nozzle should be closely covered to avoid damage to the enamel surface caused by spatter of welding slag.
After the installation of the equipment, various components and the tank shall be carefully checked, and the no-load test run can be carried out after confirmation.
Precautions for installation of stainless steel reaction kettle
High pressure stainless steel reaction kettle shall be placed indoors. When multiple autoclaves are equipped, they should be placed separately. Each operation room shall have an outlet directly leading to the outdoor or passageway to ensure good ventilation at the equipment ground point.
When installing the kettle cover, prevent the sealing surfaces between the kettle body and the kettle cover from colliding with each other. Carefully place the kettle cover on the kettle body according to the fixed position. When tightening the main nuts, they must be tightened diagonally and symmetrically for several times. The force shall be uniform, and the kettle cover shall not tilt to one side to achieve good sealing effect.
At the connection of the positive and negative nuts, only the positive and negative nuts can be rotated, and the two arc sealing surfaces cannot be rotated relative to each other. When all connecting parts with nut lines are assembled, they should be coated with lubricating oil.
For needle valve line sealing, just turn the valve needle slightly and press the cover tightly to achieve a good sealing effect.
Rotate the rotating body on the kettle by hand to check whether it operates flexibly.
The controller shall be placed horizontally on the operating platform, and its working environment temperature is 10-40 ℃, relative humidity is less than 85%, and the surrounding medium does not contain conductive dust and corrosive gas.
Check whether the movable parts and fixed contacts on the panel and back panel are normal, pull out the upper cover, check whether the connector contacts are loose, and whether there is damage or rust caused by improper transportation and storage.
After the operation, it can be cooled naturally, cooled by water or placed above the support. After the temperature drops, release the pressurized gas in the kettle to reduce the pressure to normal pressure (the pressure gauge shows zero), unscrew the main nuts symmetrically and evenly, remove the main nuts, and then carefully remove the kettle cover and place it on the support.
After each operation, the residues on the stainless steel reaction kettle body and lid shall be removed. The main seal shall be cleaned frequently and kept clean. It is not allowed to wipe it with hard objects or rough surfaces.
