1. Remove the cylinder;  

2. Remove the distributor assembly and the screen.

3. Clean the shaft with solvent, and remove the front cover and discharge cover of the cylinder.

4. Remove the two elastic rubber hoses and remove the discharge tray.  

5. Take down the seal ring. When taking down the seal ring, remember not to use gravity or bump.  

6. Remove the washer and bearing protection device. When all parts are removed, they must be carefully cleaned, especially the moving ring and the stationary ring, to ensure that they are clean.  

7. Reassemble the mechanical seal.  

8. Install the bearing protection device.  

9. Install the springs into the small holes of the bearing protection device and stick them with a little grease to keep them in the correct position.  

10. Install the washer and O-ring on the shaft, then install the moving ring, and make the washer lean against the small spring, and check whether the O-ring device is correct, and whether the pin of the bearing protection device passes through the hole of the washer and moving ring seat.

14. Assemble the screen and dispersion plate on the shaft.  

15. Rotate the shaft by hand to keep a clearance of 0.4mm between the inner scraper and the outer scraper.

16. Install the cylinder and check whether the lubricating fluid position is correct.
